My favorite chapter was authenticity, as that is one of my values I’m intrigued by how authenticity can take you so far and can help others figure out who they are. Very good information on patience and other areas much needed for leadership

This book explained what it takes to become a leader very well. It provided qualities that makes a great leader followed by examples and exercise to help you apply the things taught in your personal/ work life.
