Once again, Ms Gilmore delights us with her storytelling. This time with Inviting Trouble. I loved revising with characters from the previous book and getting tomboy’s Mad’s and Park’s story. Both have feelings for each other. Mad is determine have Park pay attention to her. Little does she know that Park HAS noticed the grown up Mad. You will laugh, cry, at times want to give them a shake but in the end you too will be happy for their HEA. Can’t wait to read the next book. I was gifted this copy. The opinions expressed are solely my own.

This the second book in this series and loved it. Mad become my favorite character in Hidden Hollywood. She was so far from being a girly girl but the Happy Ending Book Club embraced her and she finally felt like one of them. Her inner girl came out and she embraced it. With the the book clubs help she was able to get the love of her life. Glad that Park did not let his fear of losing the Campbells stop him from getting his happy ending. Also liked the side story of her dad and mom. I am excited to read the next book in the series with Ty's story.

I enjoyed this fun and heartwarming story. This is Madison and Parker's story. Madison has had childhood crush on Parker. Ten years later Parker is back and Madison will do anything to get Parker. Will Madison win over Parker with the help of her meddling friend Hailey? Will Parker take the chance to be with Madison even if Madison's family disapproves? I enjoyed the storyline and the great characters. This is a great addition to the series. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this story.

I loved this book so much!! Park and Mad were made for each other! I don't think I can put down in words what I felt about this book. It made me smile, it made me cry, it made me sad, but ultimately it made me so very happy. I loved how protective all of the guys were over Mad, even though she hated it. I loved the bantering between Josh and Hailey. I can't wait to read about Charlotte and Ty!! I would definitely recommend this book!!

Kylie Gilmore has always been a aster at crafting characters you connect with and none more so then Mad for me. You'll find that you can't help but, root for Mad and Parker to finally find their moment in time. Plus, I absoultely adore the ladies of the Happy Ends book club and how they had Mad's back. You know when an author brings you through an entire rainbow of emotins while telling a story that is an incredible book and Inviting Trouble was incredible
  • Entertaining Fun Romance

Fully entertaining and heartwarming childhood friends struggle to become so much more kinda story (while fighting their feelings for all the wrong reasons). So real it just pulls you in and takes hold of your heart. Mad is my all time favorite hero, the tomboy raised by a single dad with nothing but a rowdy group of boys to relate to (hits so close to home). Parker is from a broken home and was taken in by the Campbell family at a very young age making them the only family he has really had. These two made me laugh, cry and downright happy. The girls from the Happy Endings Book Club feel so much like family now it is crazy. Looking forward to the next session.

Kylie Gilmore brings Madison and Parker to life in a way that is going to stick with you. Mad has been pining for Parker for years. He’s literally her childhood hero. And who can blame her? Parker saw her in a way her dad and brothers never did. Vulnerable. Fragile. Important. At 18 he joined the army to prove himself worthy of his adopted family. Now he’s back and Mad is making herself crazy wondering if he’ll ever see her as more than the skinny tomboy he left behind. She’s trying to be so much of what she isn’t in order to catch his eye. Even embracing the newness of female friendships in order to learn to be the kind of woman Parker could love. Their story is heartfelt and funny, sexy and heartbreaking. The kind that will stick with you for a while. And isn’t that exactly what you’re craving right now? I totally recommend Inviting Trouble into your iPad.
  • I'm SO happy Mad got her happy ending!

I'm SO happy Mad got her happy ending! I was introduced to Mad in the previous book of the series (NOT necessary to have read that one to enjoy this one!), and I wasn't sure what to think of her. But this book shines a much more flattering light on her. Park and Mad had a history, and the flashback at the beginning of the book sucked me right in and had me flying through the pages to see if and how these two got reunited. I, personally, found Mad easy to relate to. At some point or another, haven't we all felt that we didn't quite fit in? I liked her adaptability and willingness to try the things the Happy Endings Book Club ladies suggested to help her snag Park. This book is written in typical Kylie fashion, with plenty of steam, a storyline that flows steadily and juuuuuust enough humor to make it realistic. Like all of her other books, I absolutely LOVED it and can't wait to read more!!! (I received a copy of this book in consideration of an honest review)
  • Best Friend's Little Sister

I really enjoyed Inviting Trouble, the second book in the new Happy Endings Book Club series, by Kylie Gilmore. There’s more to this series than just the members Happy Endings Book Club. Madison Campbell has loved Parker Shaw for as long as she can remember. Parker came to live in the Campbell house when their dad removed him from a bad home situation. He was friends with all of the Campbell brothers and looked out for Madison. When Parker leaves for the Air Force, Madison falls apart, acting out, not sure how to handle life without Parker. Ten years later, Parker returns from the Air Force back again to the Campbell household. During that time no man ever got close to Madison’s heart like Parker did. She refuses to blow her chance to show Parker how she feels. Fortunately for Madison, her Happy Endings Book Club sisters come to the rescue. She caves to Hailey, the meddling matchmaker, giving her a makeover and her suggestions of how to flirt. Now the ball is in Parker’s court. Will he want her or will he desert her? This was a fun and entertaining story with loveable characters that you want to support and cheer on hoping for that happy ending. The characters were well written and complex. The story line was riveting and kept my attention to the very end. I genuinely enjoyed reading this book and had trouble putting this book down. I highly recommend this book to other readers and can’t wait to read the next book in this series. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
