Remarkable understanding of Out of Body Experience. It encompasses the whole idea of entering into the unconscious state of mind, determining through years of research and explanations, with anecdotal of real experiences. A highly recommended book for anyone who is interested in voyaging the consciousness within.

The book compiles experiences, ideas, research, and so on from many writers and researchers that are experts on subjects relating to consciousness, such as lucid dreaming, out of body experiences, and near death experiences (form of OBE). Some of the writers even give the reader ideas on how to induce an out of body experience with one even talking about healing during an OBE. I haven’t read about OBEs before, so it was definitely interesting in that its an area of study that has to be delved into to fully comprehend how different the experience is (I had an OBE after reading one of the chapters about going from a lucid dream to an OBE). Some of the ideas seem ‘far out’ since one of the writers has a website that talks about UFOs with dozens of books on the subject, but the rest seems reasonable since most of the writers have had 100s if not 1000s of OBEs in their lifetime. The proof of an OBE is by inducing one yourself. Great book for the price - Free.
