This book was easy to read and so interesting how one dress impacted so many lives, each a little differently.

Outstanding read. I would definitely recommend. I’ve already recommended to all my friends and family. Love.

I should have reviewed this as soon as I finished it - I don’t think there was anything really graphic in this book except for a couple skinny-dipping, and a few intimate moments for an older couple (gosh, I hope I’m remembering that correctly). If you enjoy fashion, this was a fun read. There are indeed 9 women who wear this haute couture dress, and their stories are diverse and interesting (you either love the women or you loathe them! Lol!); but, for me, the background of how the dress was designed (and the story of the men behind it) was equally a great part of the story. I’d have given it five stars but having that many scenarios did make it a little choppy. It was NOT hard to follow, but there was a lot going on. Several scenarios intersect at the end, which made it fun! I truly enjoyed it, and I hope you will, too!

Reading this book was delightful. It's the feeling you get when someone has a newborn and asks if you want to hold her. Or when you're out to dinner and you decide "what the heck, I'm going to have pie!" and you do and it's delicious! Reading this book is all about the feeling it leaves you with. There is nothing dark, mysterious, sinister, sad or political in this book. It is, quite simply, fun to read.
