The book is mostly a bunch of made-up scenarios, but has a good underlying message of making money work for you instead of you working for money, by having your assets generate most of your income and reducing your liabilities/expenses on the way to building equity. Instead of reading the whole book, it might be better to just read an Investopedia article.

Great book with awesome money lessons

There were some sound bits of advice but the message lacked nuance, as the author relied a bit too heavily on hos personal experience, particularly his successes, to generate generalized advice and takeaways. Author also does not contextualize the risk profiles of his investments.

Mind blowing book!!!

Definitely recommend reading this book! Just when I thought I had it figured out when it came to my finances this book definitely was an eye opener for me that made me look at my situation a whole lot different. I look forward to exiting the Rat Race.

Love this book… a must read

The book stands the test of time. The lessons are invaluable: I wish I learned as a teen and early adult. Overall the information is broad and will take time and going through life with purpose in order to fully reel in everything the book teaches which is why I believe this book stands the test of time! I wish everyone success in their endeavors!

This book opens your eyes to an entire different mindset and lifestyle. It allows you to understand life for what it should be. GET OUT OF THE RAT RACE!!!!!
