This is a most fantastic series of nine books. I have read all of them and I can not wait for more. The characters are well defined and the story narrative supports those descriptions. The events keep you on the edge of your seat. I would strongly recommend each book and the entire series to anyone, especially to those who enjoy an excellent stories series!

Wow! Another great adventure for Sasha and Leo. I've read this entire series, including Black Thursday, over the course of the last 4 weeks. Now I must sadly wait 9 more days before I can read "A Mingled Yarn". Keep them coming Mellissa.

Once again, Mrs. Miller exceeded my already high expectations with this book. I anxiously await every new novel written by her and this one starts off with a bang. A fire destroying the very life blood of Sasha (the greatest coffee) sets her, and Leo, on a trajectory with unexpected twists and turns. From the unknowing insurance claims adjuster to the FBI and Homeland Security, the excitement continues building with every page turn. I am continually impressed with the character development of the main characters we've come to love and admire threaded with the introduction of new, amazing players in the game. I kept reading page after page and dreading how quickly I was finishing the book because I knew it would end far too soon and leaving me wanting more. This book, as well as the other books Mrs. Miller has written, have that unique capability to draw you in from the first page and hold your attention with the flip of every page. There were no lulls in interest or action and the stories are so well written that I feel as though I am in the story with my favorite characters. My mind's eye is given fantastic details that help me visualize the story and enjoy reading it that much more. Five very brightly shining stars for another Sasha McCandless novel!

Another great Sasha McCandless novel. Being from Pittsburgh, it is great to read the references to this great area. The stories in this series are thrilling and the characters so believable. I recommend any and all Melissa Miller books.
