    I have done this cleanse 3 times. First time I lost 15 pounds in 10 days. Second time I stopped doing it after 6 days, because I was losing too much weight. This last time I gained some quarantine weight and lost 18 pounds in 10 days. I went from 262 to 244. Great book with great information. Highly recommended. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t easy, but you have to have discipline.

    I love this book I incorporated these smoothies in my diet every week. Yes it is hard at the beginning but worth it in the end.
