Most cases never get to court because of overcharging and then threatening jail time unless a plea is reached. It is a rigged system that in no way resembles justice...pathetic to say the least

This book reveals the amazing story of deception by a group of federal prosecutors. Their conduct besmirched the work of any ethical employees in the Department of “Justice”. One does not have to wonder why a majority of citizens don’t have any faith or trust in our government.

The level of collusion, corruption, coercion and intimidation within both our state and federal legal systems, as thoroughly detailed in this book, are terrifying. After reading this book, its nearly impossible to believe any citizen of this country can expect a fair and impartial trial if they were to ever get caught in the crosshairs of federal prosecutors.

If you want to see how they are doing it, read this book. Then become a political activist. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

Hearing of Mueller and his tribe, I wanted to know more about the DOJ. (Already disgusted with the FBI). This book is an interesting read, and really shows how easy it is for our government to abuse its power, play dirty and win at any cost. Now not only do I have to reserve judgment-innocent until proven guilty- even if they are proven guilty I have to reserve a measure of doubt.

If I didn't know that this was all true, one would think it is good fictional thriller. That said it is very disappointing that our legal system has fallen so far. A must read that any first year law student should be required to read, and reread upon graduation lest they forget!
