This was a very uplifting and inspiring love story. The developing tension and depth of relationship between the characters was exciting. Loved the banter.

After Connor and Brian I thought this series would be good. It wasn’t. And I finally quit reading towards the end. Too boring.

Loved the book. And all The charters. Loved the story line and the happy ending. Can’t say enough.

This is book one in the Cactus Creek series and it features Luke and Dani. It started out as a Valentine’s Day competition but turned into so much more. These two weren’t throwing off sparks. They were throwing off FLAMES! Luke wears his heart on his sleeve. Dani, not so much. She’s got MAJOR issues! After reading the whole book, I understand more about that. It just wasn’t easy watching Luke do all he did and get nothing but resistance back from her. He’s such an awesome guy! When all was said and done, so much more was at play. The story line is fantastic and had great flow! The characters are amazing and I would love to be friends with them in real life. I was so invested with what was happening to each and every character, my emotions were all over the place. I loved it! I would have liked to know more about Quinn and her son because they were such a huge part of Luke’s personal and business life but I guess that will have to wait for book two.
