I love each new book in the Hawke family. There’s something special about each of them. Allie and Pope are no exception. I love that there’s so much character development, especially with Allie. I felt like she grew as a person so much by the end, it was amazing. It felt like Pope had matured a lot off the page, and he did do some on page, but Allie’s growth was big. I enjoy reading characters that feel real because they’re not stagnating in the book. The s3xy times were amazing, as always. It wouldn’t be a Gwyn McNamee book if they weren’t.
