Standard exercises you learn in basic P.E. I couldn't get past the hissing sound she makes throughout all the videos so I muted my phone. Great ideas in a few of the videos though!

Diana definitely knows what she's doing. If done properly, this workout is extremely effective! If you can't use the chairs use a step, just modify the work out for yourself and you'll see that your body will get stronger and then you can progress from there

The story about bulling People get bullied all the time so I tell you guys who bully to stop bulling and be a good person that treat people right the way you want to be treated maybe your friends will stand up to it and you should to because be strong get used to it you maybe tell the teacher just be honest with them telling on someone is not tadlle telling its like getting even with someone so stand up for your self

It great if you don't already know the workouts. I think this will help with toning and losing weight along with proper diet. It only works if you work it.
