Awesome videos!!! I love how I can follow along with the arm exercise workout videos and it has built in timers and everything! My arm's biceps and triceps are so sore from the exercises!!!

I just completed the first arm workout and I am definitely feeling the pump! I love the video that goes with the workout. It makes it easier to follow with the timer and the voice to guide me throughout the workout. Thanks!
