I hate it. I wasted 8$ on this. It stinks

These workouts are really fun! So many different exercises. I love how it's video!!!

I did this Ab workout finisher and my abs are on fire! I can really feel my entire core working without using a single machine. I love the built in timer to guide me throughout the workout. Can't wait for me next workout.
