Predictable ending if you have read other John Grisham books. Underdog outsmarts the world….

Disappointing and not up to John Grisham standards

This is the second book by Grisham I have read that had no ending. The story is good, it kept me interested and looking forward to a conclusion. There was none.

Kept me glued trying to figure out. When all came together was great but still held my breath. Do the FEDS like Grisham?

Not a typical Grisham lawyer book. I enjoyed the plot development and twists.

Some slow and tedious details but the pace finally picks up.

The first few chapters were really slow going. I wasn’t excited about reading it, like so many other books I’ve read. As the story progresses though, it gets more and more interesting.

By the writers own admission it did strain possibility just a bit. Still worthwhile. I just wish I was at the beach!

As usual, Grisham’s book is a easy light read. The series of events is highly improbable, but the book was entertaining in a humorous way.
