I could not believe how poorly written this "book" was and to top it off, much of the topics and suggestions given by the author were hollow and much too general. The majority of readers this particular text will attract already know from personal experience what the author attempts to direct to us. We certainly do not need the obvious restated to us. In short, I do not recommend anyone to rely on this article/text to give them legitimate support or guidance.
