LeGuin makes you think on a profound level about humanity's approach to life. Beautifully created worlds and personalities. I actually felt cold during the ice crossing.

I had to read this book for a college course. I was unsure at first, but the more I read the harder it was to put the book down. Her attention to detail is impeccable. This is one of my top 5 books everyone should read.
