Great book i love it

I thought it was free?

It took about half a minute for that first chapter page to appear (iPad 1), perhaps due to the length and makeup of the book. If you see a blank page, just wait and eventually it will get there. I got a crash too, but after a restart it seemed to work.

Empty and broke

Sounds like a great book and could be very helpful, but after downloading. I can only see the license and the table of contence.
