I’ve learned more in this book than almost any other book. It is so well rounded from why people are unsafe, to how you picked them to how to make changes to picking Safe People to be in your life. I have recommended this to everyone that I talk to and have an extra one sitting on my table at work for any clients that may want to read it.

This book helped me to see that my "strong woman" attitude is really hurting me. Thank you for confronting my emotional withdrawal and lack needing to be loved. This book is a blessing.
