I own all of Dr. Ian's book and love the show. I bought this for my phone cause it's more convenient then carrying the book. Wish I could afford to rebuy the full digital version. Guess I ll just have keep toting the big buck lol but it's worth it.

This "book" is not a book! I wish I could get my money back. It's not a detox, it includes sugar, salt & fat. Go to the book store and look it over before you buy this.
