The basis of this book can be summed up in to one or two chapters. It is such a repetitive book, it’s like reading a students project where they are stretching everything they can to hit the page requirement, so repetitive.

Fantastic book. Have read this book twice and it just gets better. Inspiring and motivating. A must read for everyone not just “leaders”.

The information is great but it is so repetitive I just can’t keep reading it. Save yourself the time and money. Everything you need to hear is in the 10 minute Ted Talk.

It is highly repetitive. However, like any habit, it needs to be driven into one over and over to really leave its imprint. Push through and remember, this is about creating change in ourselves, one and done truly isn’t enough to make that really set in. The repetition helps you marinate in it, and for lasting change, that’s part of the point.

Concise! Informative! Inspiring!

The book is literally as the title reads. The author not only explains what it means to lead with why but also it’s purpose. Very deep especially the last chapter with the story of the runner. If your at a point I life where you don’t know where to go next definitely read this.
