Lots of great insights in this short book. Much has been written on the subject, but I learned of the people behind the personas, and that was quite enjoyable. Several timeless lessons on leadership. Some are born into it, some are thrust into it, some rise to it, and some fall to it. Leadership, good leadership understands the letter of the law, but Is driven by the spirit of the law. The fine balance between doing things right and doing the right thing. There is a difference between managing and leading, even between directing and leading. It's all about vision. The vision of "what is married to what could be". Sadly, many in corporate America don't have the far reaching vision. And we, all of us, are the worse for it. Every day we are faced with the choice between doing what we want, and doing what needs to be done. May we all chose wisely.

The revolution was fought off the battlefield and won via project teams and leaders with great intellect. Very good book.
