Willing Me Him was an emotional roller coaster. There were so many highs and lows instead of five stars I am giving it "E" ticket status, the ultimate Disney ride. Willing Me Him is a wonderful love story. The title warned me, I knew that there would be sadness. Oh My Word, but gutted was not was expected. Gutted is what I got over and over again. Lucky for me, it was all on the pages. The emotions poured off the pages, the good, the sad, and the beautiful. At the end of the story the author rewarded me, the reader, with a beautiful ending, a successful ending, a hopeful ending. Joey was Jody's twin and Theo Nash's best friend. Terminal with cancer, Joey got his affairs in order. He saw what Jody and Nash did not. His dying wish--their happiness, but only Jody knows what he had planned. Will love conquer all? Will denial rule the day? When secrets are revealed; will they dive into a happily ever after or crash and burn? Every time I thought things were going to be pure bliss, the author would switch things up. Every time I thought I knew all; shock of shockers, I knew nothing. I wanted to know everything.
