Triggers abuse controlling father boyfriend and mother who assisted in the verbal controlling father. This is the second book in a row that contained the abusive controlling parents. I wish there had been a rom com or two in between because for me it definitely triggered some disturbing memories. Regardless this was a very good book. You will love adore Daniel we should all have a Daniel in our life. Great advice about how to make yourself a priority. I love this author.

This book is one of my absolute favorites. It’s corny and cheesy in all the right ways. It’s frustrating but in the way where you wish you could just shake the character to their senses. 10/10 recommend.
