Sorry- I wanted to like this book but the obvious things which Detective Jade should have questioned would have torpedoed the plot line from the start. You can’t ask the reader to continue to take leaps of faith until the final chapter hoping for a payoff. One and done for me for this author.

Not impressed.

Easy summer day vacation read. Great character development and allows you to better under Jade Monroe. Hard to put down.
