Don’t start this series unless you are willing to buy and read books 2 though 6 to find out who the killer is.

I won’t read anything from this author if someone paid me. There is never any conclusion to any of their books! Not a single one. To be a great author and have a successful series, write a great novel that encourages readers to WANT to read more, not blow through books and cash for some sort of revelation. I’ve bought over 20 ebooks from one single author because the author wrote a wonderful story and made me want to read more. Stop ticking people off to make a buck.

There is series books. But this is not a whole story.

Enjoyed the book and the characters in it. A lot of twists and turns sorry it didn’t solve the mystery and you have to read on.

It is very frustrating when you read a book that has no conclusion. I have read many that I enjoy that have sequels or next cases. If I really enjoyed the first book I will purchase the second. But this book endsin the middle of the story.

It has happened again. . . Good reading and then see ya buy the rest of the book if you want to find out what happens. Would be great book if complete

I try not to read books that are not “stand alone”, this just barely sets up the story

This is a fantastic read! I picked up the book and could not put it down. I highly recommend this book to any mystery lovers.

This book is not complete. It’s like reading a serial book in an old magazine. This is merely the first of 6 books and the story is not completed in book one. I enjoy WL Knightly, but not books that stop without being finished. Characters can continue from one book to the next, but each book should end, not just stop. Very leery about this series and at $3.99 each, I will not be buying the next 5 books.

Madison is a CSI and new to her job but really qualified. She gets her first case. Silas is a Police Detective and comes to the crime scene after Madison. He looks at the scene and finds it looks vaguely familiar to an old case he has worked on. As they work together to find answers it talked twists and turns as they try finding the murderer. I can’t wait for the next book! I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
