Ughhh I love this book! Please come out with a story with Hawke and maybe Penny!

I’ve been looking forward to their story since the first book, and it was going well until … SPOILER ALERT The surprise baby! There’s nothing I despise more than the pregnancy trope, and I wish the author had included that in the description or something. I couldn’t even finish the book because I was so turned off. That aside, it’s a pretty good book! The chemistry and spice is amazing, and the plot comes together nicely.

Enjoyed the story line. Love the characters. Couldn’t put down my iPad. Getting ready to read Hunt and Lottie’s story.

The third book in the Phoenix series…all of which can easily be read as stand-alones, Save Me features my favorite couple, Hazel and Kieran. She’s super sweet and sky, while he’s hot and dirty. They are seemingly opposites in every way, but Kieran is also protective and a good friend to Hazel. Why else would he come for her when she’s in trouble? He even welcomes her into his home…although he might come to regret that, as now he’s attracted to her. But can a guy who hangs out at a sex club be a match for the gal own self confidence, in both the bedroom and in general, was quashed by an ex. These two have so much chemistry, but they’re really great friends as well. They feel more and more comfortable with each other, which Kieran has never had with a woman. Hazel doesn’t push for anything more than Kieran is able to give. She can see the pain he hides behind. If all they can have together is physical, she’s okay with that. I loved the steam…and there’s a lot of it…but I loved the simple friendship and caring between the couple. They balance each other so well and we’re a joy to get to know. Another great book by Stacey Kennedy.
