Please Do Not stop writing about these Three strong and hilarious women. Every time I pick up a new addition to the Fortune series it’s like reading about family. I’m familiar with these characters after 15+ books and absolutely love the smallest of details that occur with every unfolding storyline. I’m truly laughing out loud when any one of them(especially Gertie) has an unfortunate moment. Love love love

I wish I could read A new miss fortune book every week, unfortunately I guess I’ve read them too fast they are so good and this was no exception. Can’t wait to read the next one.

I love the Fortune Redding series! They are all well written and I hate putting the book down to go to bed! The books deserve more than five stars they deserve ten stars! In this latest story the three ladies are at it again. Fortune has her first case and you know that Ida Belle and Gertie will be there helping to solve the mystery. Mustang has hired Fortune to prove he did not kill Venus. Now there are sub stories involved and plot twists. Ida Belle is going to make a very important decision. Read about the turkey race/capture. It is funny but there is a surprise involved. I must admit that Gertie has outdone herself with clothes and the parrot! He is very humorous as if the three together do not add lots of humor, lol! I like the openness between Carter and Fortune.,read this awesome book and be ready for lots of interesting things happening!
