Good study

This is a Great Book. It is directed at Women, but if you struggle with any anxiety. The truths of God are still true today for everyone.

So far can’t put it down

Do yourself a favor and skip to part 2 of the book where Jennie talks about how you can change your thoughts. This part of the book is where I did my highlighting and taking notes. Part 1 is a very long introduction and I’m not too sure what part 3 was supposed to be.

i’ve been through just about some of the absolute worst anxiety can throw at one person, and i will say. this book has been a huge help to me. God is so good. thank you jennie for this piece. it was a pleasure and equally beneficial to my mental health with lasting effects on how i look at the world. it’s a must read for anyone dealing with anxiety

I have read this book a few times and I get something new and insightful each time I read it. As a woman who has suffered from anxiety and fears practically my whole life, this book is a God send literally. It has helped me look at things differently and recognize how to stop patterns. I recommend this book to anyone who suffers from anxiety and to anyone in general.

Very inspiring book. I will more than likely read it again.

I really enjoyed this book. It definitely made me understand how powerful our thoughts are and how to constantly align our thoughts with what God says.
