I taught it was a detailed mindfulness guide based on the experience of a great American News Anchor Dan Harris, but I have read 132 pages so far and it seems more as Dan Harris Biography that happens to have some teaching. Great story, but you have to dig a lot in order to find some useful teaching.

An easy read. Lots of funny and insightful perspectives to keep the reader engaged. More importantly it opened up new ideas for me to pursue which I think is the essence of reading.
