Can I read this as a stand alone?

Needs editing. When creating a new thought there needs to be a new sentence or paragraph! Skips around without any flow. I could not get through the book. Sentences need to be reread to understand the intended meaning and context. This feels like the structure and developed outline of a book has been created but the context still needs to be added.
