This author really knows how to engage your imagination with words. Easy to read with a lot of actions.

Enjoyed the groundwork for this character. Reads like most military action works, and that is why I will get the next one!

well, it wasn’t disappointing … but i fill the missions were too easy. i mean just two soldiers taking down a number of al qaeda troupes?? i know they had back up but it was all over when they arrived.

This book felt like I was watching a movie. Great book thank you.

I have watched so many military movies growing up with my dad. Coming from a military family it just fit! But this was the first time I read a book about it! Mars, with his lean prose, sets up action scenes brilliantly and also in very few words sets the scene which communicates an understanding of what has been going on & what is going on in the Middle East, the world stage and the pressure points that need to be addressed by a special operations team.
