I felt I was ripped off. Had to buy next book to continue the story. This is a prequel.

This is Harper and Christopher’s backstory. They are in the Endgame trilogy as secondary characters. They meet when Harper is visiting her father. They bond over a shared experience. Amazing start to the new series. Leaves you wanting more yet setting up the acrimony perfectly!!
