Murray does an extraordinary job of illustrating the principle of surrender that is required of each confessing believer if they are indeed to experience the life that God intended for them. Having been a believing Christian for basically my entire life, this is the first comprehensive teaching on the subject I’ve read. This truth should be the first topic engrained in each new believer’s life after receiving Christ. It is that important and fundamental to the Christian life.
