This is the best book yet in the Jade Monroe series. The story and characters have gotten much better since book one when Jade was a detective.

Good interaction with characters.

The story was good, but the writing was not the best. It was too wordy and had too many small details that could have been left out.

Nice to have some law enforcement agencies work together. Logical way conclusions were made was believable.

An exciting, a page turning, an A+ mystery. During this COVID Pandemic, your words brought my mind set from a “sheltering in place” pace into an exciting, well written and shocking story. Thank you for choosing to be an author.

Loved this book! Jade is just so human lol. Reading this book just sent me into an emotional roller coaster. Can’t wait till the next book.

Pretty good read. I had not read book one so some things didn’t jive well. There are errors/improbables, such as law enforcement wouldn’t put out a BOLO on a car w specific plates wo looking at all cars of that type since this guy was known to change plates on stolen cars.

Enjoyed this story. Different than most murder mysteries. Also gave a look into the FBI. Yes I will read the others.

Thought it was a good read. Enough suspense and twist and turns. Look forward to reading more of Sutter's books
