Good insight for a mother to be!

I loved this book! Super funny and appt on! Addictive...,I read it from cover to cover in 2 days...and I’m a mom of a 10 year old and newborn!

This book was very relatable. I like how Dunn used personal stories combined with actual findings to support her ideas and offer advice. While sometimes the advice seems a little unnatural, she does a great job explaining why sometimes that is necessary to create a new habit. Whether it changes my behavior or not, it will help me understand why things happen the way they do, that new moms are not alone in their frustrations, and what I can try to mitigate a situation. I would definitely recommend this book and hope she writes more in the future. I enjoyed her writing style and it has motivated me to search out her articles online.
