Great book! There are some hard ideas in here. But we as humans, we can do hard things! This book changed the way I have conversations in my mind about food and gave me strength.

Very logical and empowering. I don’t understand why this says “for men” - it’s been super helpful to me as a woman.

Easy read. Spoke to other drives and the freedom found in setting a clear course, controlled by me alone, to be who I am and meet my own goals. Thank you for this resource.

I have kept 80 lbs off for 15 years by setting a clear rule of never eating fast food from McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, Wendy’s or Jack in the Box. This worked because I made a 100% commitment to this plan and knew with ever fiber of my being that there was no possible exception. This book has inspired me to own the rest of the rules I need to make to lose the last 20 pounds I’ve been losing/regaining. Once I really define what rules I want to follow, I know I can and will take this excess weight off and keep it off forever. I will also free up the huge part of my day/night spent making food choices and get to live a longer healthier happier life. Thank you for writing such an amazing and inspiring book!

A simple, black and white approach to dealing with overeating. I have read many health and psychology books and none of them deal with binge eating as well as this book does. It's a nice change from the fluffy, emotionally based eating books I've read. Highly recommended.
