I stumbled across this series last year and with each book the story just gets better and better. This is by far my favorite series and I hope that Rose's story doesn't end anytime soon!

I'm so sad this is the last book in this series. But wow. Did not expect it to end the way it did. Once again Denise writes another thrilling action packed book. I've loved this entire series. But this one might by my favorite.

This book is amazing!! With reading the whole series I've been hooked and watched rose grow! Upon reading this book I could put the book down! I was way to into it to stop reading!! I have been a fan of Rose from the beginning. Unable to put the book down because I couldn't wait to see what was gonna happen next. I read this book in one sitting - I couldn't put it down. Since yesterday afternoon I have been gathering my thoughts and contemplating how to write a review without spoilers. It was a roller-coaster ride of revelations, to say the least. All the loose ends from the previous books in the series have been resolved, some very unexpectedly. The last three or four chapters are really heart-stopping. It was a somewhat dark and twisty conclusion to the Rose Gardner mysteries series, and there is no typical "happily ever after" for Rose. In all honesty, it wasn't the ending I was hoping for but I am coming to accept it. It will be interesting to see what happens with the spin-off series, and how Rose continues to grow through her next adventures.

I stumbled upon this book simply by trying to find a book (in the free section) that would put me to sleep. Well I found the wrong book, this series has kept me up long into the mornings. My favorite series that I have ever read. You inspire me to read more and more. ( I'll start by reading the rest of your books first.) Definitely 5 stars.

Love this series. Don't want to give the ending away but especially enjoyed that someone finally got what they deserved. Many twists and turns to the storyline, enjoyable read.
